The Kangaroo Trail Map Banner

This page provides feedback from travellers hopping along The Kangaroo Trail. If they have identified a good place to see kangaroos and their kind then we have added a Google map. If the feedback identifies services that can be provided to other travellers then please contact the provider directly.

I heard about the trail on the world today. I think this is a fantastic idea and I look forward to family holidays where we can search for the next illusive roo. The website is easy to navigate and the map provides the viewer with instant impact of the  challenge of travelling great distances to see the variety of roo. I love train travel and a great thrill was to see a great mob of red kangaroos racing the Ghan (near the NSW/SA boarder) a couple of years ago. (Can I tick that observation off my list?)

Our reply:

Good to hear from a satisfied trail hopper. Yes, tick red kangaroos off your list!
